At JAX Outdoor Gear, Farm & Ranch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass inspection at our warehouse.
